We believe that in today's times, human creativity, curiosity, imagination, lifelong learning, positive relationship building, emotional intelligence, resilience, are key to future education and development of a strong human social-emotional core. That is why we want to bring several skills into mainstream teaching which otherwise have a casual bearing in our society.
We aim to empower students with newer skills which are marketable or can be pursued as a hobby. We serve as a platform for Instructors and Artisans to impart classes remotely and showcase their handmade products, while still showing a deep compassionate connection with our students and buyers.

Our Story
It is no wonder that due to technological advancement, many traditional skills are now facing a very real and imminent existential crisis. Also, with cheaper machine-made versions available, handmade goods have lost their shine. In India alone, there are so many centuries-old traditional skills and folk arts which have died or are on the verge of dying, simply because either it does not provide sustenance to artists and their families, or people don’t want to put their life on hold just to travel and learn a non-profitable-dying skill.
Fortunately, technology has helped in evolving learning approaches and through the internet we can now reach out to a wide community of interested people. This inspired our team and that is how Skillnook came into existence. We connect Teachers & Students, Buyers & Sellers, from every nook and corner of the world, and offer them a platform and opportunity to create a sustainable online community where people of all ages can come together, grow together, and work together, not only to revive traditional skills but also to teach and learn the new age skills. All you need to have is a good internet connection (with a device) and the willingness to learn something new.

Neelanjali Saxena – Dreamcatcher and Founder
She is an Artist and an Entrepreneur. Her experience is key to Skillnook in bringing together a vast number of skills, often found in nooks and corners of the country, into mainstream teaching and to revive Handmade. She believes that in today’s times every Artisan must also know how to cope with the rapidly transforming ecosystem with greater ease and passion.
Er. D.K.Saxena – Creator of Opportunities
He is a seasoned professional in the field of teaching and higher education and possesses a deep sense of effective communication between Students and Teachers.
Er. Anubhav Saxena – Catalyst
An experienced Full stack Web Developer by profession. He has deep technical skills and has a methodical approach towards continuous improvement and learning.
Er. Prashant Saxena - Creative Catalyst
Prashant is an IIT-Roorkee alumni with vast industry experience. An avid promoter and supporter of the Artisan community, he believes in keeping the niche skills alive and accessible to all.
